Follow below steps to download Selenium IDE firefox add on
- Open Selenium.hq.org web site
- Click on Downloads
- Download latest version of Selenium IDE
- Allow in window
- Click on Install Now
- Restart the firefox browser
- Open firefox menu Tool-->Selenium IDE
